Deliveries and Returns

We offer free standard delivery for gift hampers
and all orders over £25.

Our 'letterbox' sized treats are delivered for £1.50.

All other products are delivered for a flat rate of £3.20.

We use Royal Mail's standard second class service for the majority of our deliveries but occasionally use Hermes for larger orders.

If you need your item in a hurry you can upgrade to first class delivery.

We aim to make and post your product within 1 - 2 days from receiving your order.

Returns and Refunds

If you are unhappy with your product upon receiving it please get in touch with us. We will be happy to put things right.

We cannot accept any returns for health and safety reasons.
